SHYFT Collective functions as an integrated resource to support and meet the real estate needs of NiSource and their internal team. Our project managers provide corporate real estate planning and management services to small and large projects throughout their seven state portfolio. We perform occupancy planning, space planning, building/site assessment, architectural and design review, coordination, moves management activities and more.
