SHYFT has the ability to operate as General Contractor, Construction Manager as Contractor (CMC), and Construction Manager as Agent (CMa). 

Regardless of the selected delivery method, we act on behalf of the owner. This includes overseeing the project, preparing contract agreements, administering in-field project management of the trade contractors, and preparing billings.
