Our Process
In design and construction projects, the delivery process determines how teams work together. While there is no one-size-fits-all solution, SHYFT believes our model is best suited for projects and clients requiring or wanting a better way to a better space.
Discover your project goals and help you establish your Guiding Project Statement (GPS), which will be your road map throughout the project.
Develop measurable data reflective of prior ideas and decisions. Provide opportunities for both ideation, decision-making, and collaboration. Continue to track against GPS and project performance.
No project is complete without a debrief to review how things went. Complete a satisfaction survey to collect your thoughts and address questions to keep us on the right track moving forward
Break out the details and define the elements required to lead us to a successful solution - including project team, program, budget, and schedule.
Deliver upon all previous phases. Transition to full build mode, consisting of recurring project team meetings, site visits, and construction oversight. Continue to the finish line and deliver a project you will be proud of.
