Lathrop Condominiums

The SHYFT design and construction teams were engaged to create construction documents and build two 2,188 SF luxury condominiums in the Schumacher Place neighborhood of Columbus. These beautiful homes include pristine roof-top views of historic German Village and downtown Columbus, a private elevator, third floor open concept living space and kitchen with a high-end appliance package, heated bathroom floors and  towel warmers, and an attached two-car garage hard-wired for an electric charging station. The design team completed construction documents and selected all finishes, fixtures, and equipment within the homes. The construction team delivered a high-end final product evoking old-world quality with modern design.
