SHYFT Office - Iowa

SHYFT sought an opportunity to relocate their Des Moines office closer to clients and better reflect the culture and lifestyle of the teaming workplace, while communicating their design capabilities within an updated space. Acting as our own client was trying at times, but using our process allowed for a real case study on validating our business model. As part of the process, SHYFT acted as project manager, architect, interior designer, and construction manager on the project to deliver it on time and under budget. Utilizing our tools allowed us to make confident decisions to move forward fast. We are excited to share our services and experience with others and hope our space is enjoyed for years to come.
