SHYFT was hired to help strategically relocate Gravitate’s Co-Working Space due to growth and lease expiration, while keeping in mind their mission to work better by working together. Gravitate is a community of people who care about innovation in Iowa. They’re a workplace for entrepreneurs, freelancers, remote workers, startup teams and others who work as an independent business but desire the environment of a busy workplace. The SHYFT Team offered space concepts and strategies maintaining the focus of Gravitates unique business structure and extreme desire for community. This made it imperative to identify and design the right space to fit their growing community of members with flexibility and structure, while doing so in a way to highlight their exceptional culture.
