Delta Gamma

Delta Gamma Fraternity and Foundation had a vision to create an elevated leadership training center, workplace, overnight accommodations, and a museum for their extensive archives collection. After exploring options with SHYFT, the Delta Gamma team decided to completely renovate their existing facility. SHYFT led the Delta Gamma building committee through a thorough visioning and programming process to bring their concepts to life. The space is designed to be timeless by accommodating the ever-changing workforce, showcasing Delta Gamma’s commitment to service, and by bringing members together for fellowship and lifetime learning. SHYFT is also serving as owner’s representative throughout the construction phase. Construction is anticipated to be complete in 2025.
