Celebrate Dental has officially made its mark in Iowa with its first Des Moines location in the Highland Park neighborhood. See how SHYFT helped bring this project from concept to completion and brought a new dental experience to the Des Moines community.

The SHYFT team recently celebrated the completion of Parkway Heights Rowhomes in Creston, Iowa, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held on August 5, 2026. The project transformed a previously razed school site into 36 modern studio, one-, and two-bedroom rowhome units designed to provide quality workforce housing for the local community. SHYFT collaborated with the Union County Development Association, SSOE Group, and DEV Partners to bring the project from concept to completion.
