The SHYFT team recently celebrated the completion of Parkway Heights Rowhomes in Creston, Iowa, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held on August 5, 2026. The project transformed a previously razed school site into 36 modern studio, one-, and two-bedroom rowhome units designed to provide quality workforce housing for the local community. SHYFT collaborated with the Union County Development Association, SSOE Group, and DEV Partners to bring the project from concept to completion.
