Service Master, faced with the need to move out of their existing space, enlisted the assistance of SHYFT Collective as their Owner's Representative. SHYFT tested several new site alternatives, developed a project budget and assisted in the selection of architectural and general contracting services to deliver a new home office for the client. SHYFT Collective assisted with the permitting, design and construction phases of the project, as well as coordinated the technology, audio visual, security, furniture and fixture requirements necessary for the relocation. Due to the 24/7 nature of the business, the critical phase for this client was the staff, technology and equipment relocation. SHYFT’s oversight throughout the move planning process allowed the customer's business to remain up and operational, allowing for a seamless transition.
