This large corporate client requested services from SHYFT to support the campus modernization remodel project. The project’s goal was to improve the workspace and common areas for the overall associate experience and day-to-day productivity. The SHYFT team focused significantly on the complete overhaul of the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. The SHYFT Project Management Team provided onsite project reports, detailed information, and close communication with contractors and vendors for successful project delivery. Many elements of the layout and design were with the intent to promote increased employee engagement, functionality, and team accessibility. SHYFT maintained focus on these intended outcomes while managing the budget and challenging schedule.
