Parkway Heights Rowhomes

SHYFT was engaged by DEV Partners and the Union County Development Association to design and build Parkway Heights Rowhomes in Creston, IA. Located on a previously razed school site, the development transforms the property into 36 modern studio, one-, and two-bedroom rowhome units designed to provide quality workforce housing for the local community. The project features SHYFT’s rowhome module concept, offering thoughtfully designed homes that provide an alternative to traditional apartment living while supporting the evolving housing needs of Creston. The development brings modern, comfortable, and attainable housing to Creston while contributing to the continued growth and revitalization of the community.
