Park Indy Rowhomes

SHYFT was engaged by DEV Partners to design and build a new series of four rowhomes buildings in Des Moines, IA. Located just south of Downtown Des Moines in the Indianola Hills neighborhood, the Park Indy development will contain a total of 40 dwelling units, with a mix of single and two-story dwelling units. The buildings will be clad with a mixture of composite wood and lap siding, asphalt shingles, and slate tile to provide a contemporary aesthetic.
