SHYFT executed multiple different building site tours, exploring fit plans for a variety of sites allowing MercyOne to find the space that best suits their long term needs. SHYFT services included lease negotiation, design, permitting, construction documentation and move management. The project team successfully found and completed a Tenant Improvement that included updated furniture, restrooms, MEP upgrades, and new office finishes throughout the entire space.
