Iowa Finance Authority Renovation

In 2018, SHYFT was engaged by the Iowa Finance Authority to provide interior design, owner’s representation, and move management services associated with the renovation of the 2nd Floor at 1963 Bell Avenue. Due to schedule constraints, the fast-tracked project was to be completed in three and a half months at the end of 2018. SHYFT worked with the IFA stakeholders to develop the program and scope of work through our Strategic Planning process. A combination of traditional and pre-fab construction was utilized to achieve both the desired interior aesthetic and the compressed project schedule. The project was completed under budget and on schedule, at which point SHYFT coordinated the relocation of 100 associates to the newly renovated office.
