French Way - Chandelier Event Space

The historic French Way Cleaners was originally built in 1924 and operated as a dry cleaner until 2018 on the north side of Des Moines. A local developer purchased the vacant building with the desire to bring in a future tenant to reactivate the Euclid neighborhood in north Des Moines. The developer engaged SHYFT to provide developer assist and construction services in order to complete the core and shell build-out. Once complete, the space will be ready to be occupied by a future tenant.
