441 and 451 East Town Buildings

Originally constructed in the 1930s, 441 and 451 East Town Street, also known locally as the Farber House and La Grande Jatte, is a 38-unit design-build project. The renovation project included remodeling the kitchens, bathrooms, and corridors, replacing the windows, refinishing the original wood flooring, adding all new light fixtures, and installing new mailboxes. The apartments offer modern comforts and conveniences while preserving the historic character and charm of the buildings, including chrome staircases in the entry. The SHYFT design and construction teams worked collaboratively throughout the project, and the result is a beautifully renovated apartment that blends modern comfort with timeless elegance.
