The SHYFT team's holistic approach started with the development of a plan that would work for the client workforce or individual business units. We managed the project process and oversaw coordination of vendors, trades and the associates working within. SHYFT worked with the client associates and leadership team daily, to provide oversight to their corporate real estate needs. Our team addressed the project coordination, space planning, technology, infrastructure, finishes, electrical and many other campus project requirements, ensuring project progress, clarity and active communications.
