Let’s start with our company mission statement: A Better Way to a Better Space. We recognize that every client, every project, and every business is unique and requires creative solutions to produce designs that yield great results. We reach beyond aesthetic design to examine a business’ culture and needs to provide uniquely suited design solutions.
Cultivating Connection
We work hard to cultivate connections among our team members, and with each of our clients to get to know them and their goals. Our sense of connection allows us to provide meaningful results at the end of the day.
We also have a strong sense of connection within each of our geographic markets. Many of us grew up in the Midwest and have a sense of pride and connection to it. We understand our markets’ identities and strive to ensure that we are creating results that honor these places.
We also connect to our community through volunteering and donating services to non-profit organizations and through civic leadership. To reach a wider audience, we use our online learning center to connect by answering commonly asked questions on our blog and creating helpful content to give others an understanding of the work that we do every day.
Collaboration as a Core Value
Collaboration is essential to our workflow at SHYFT. There are many ways in which we collaborate, whether it be internally as a team, with our construction team, development partners, or with clients. We view collaboration as an integral part of the design process. Internally, collaboration allows us to foster success amongst our individual team members. We collaboratively challenge one another to provide better ways to service the market and perform our work.
