The developer for this project was searching for construction management and development services to bring this 10-unit condominium to life in the German Village, just outside of Columbus, OH. SHYFT was engaged on the Townhaus project as a result of proven capability in project management, design, and construction consulting. Through mutual interest in the project, the SHYFT team worked to create a performance based construction management delivery structure that would maximize returns for the development investors. SHYFT is performing both construction management as agent and developer support services to minimize risk for the developer and investor group while delivering this state of the art, sustainable homes for Columbus residents to enjoy.
