Jessie Kintz - Senior Project Manager
Q: How did you get involved with SHYFT? How long have you been with us?
A: I started with SHYFT, back in the Bluestone days, right out of college. Over 8 years now.
Q: What are some projects you are currently working on?
A: 79 units of multifamily renovations, a historic multi-family renovation in Sherman Hill, confidential restaurant & brewery, and Val Air Ballroom renovation.
Q: What is the one thing you are most proud of since joining SHYFT?
A: In a way, I’ve grown up with SHYFT. Since being with this team I’ve gotten engaged, married, and started a family. When looking back, I can relate each of my personal life events to what project I was working on at the time.
Q: What are a few of your career highlights?
A: I’ve had the opportunity to support multiple service markets as our team has continued to expand; project management, construction management, and development management.
Q: What is the SHYFT company culture? How does the leadership team maintain/improve the SHYFT culture?
A: Work hard, play hard, and embrace change. Life, in general, is a product of constant change and this team has chosen to embrace that, rather than shy away from it. The last two years are a true testament to that.
Q: Tell us something unique about you.
A: I have three daughters under the age of three, including identical twins. Life is crazy.
