SHYFT Collective managed the full project lifecycle for the consolidation of regional offices from Denver, CO and Dallas, TX, to a newly renovated space on the client's corporate campus located in Scottsdale, AZ. The project included managing a complete build-out of 27,380 SF of existing shell space and incorporation of cutting-edge Herman Miller Living Office furniture concepts, Sit-to-Stand workstations, collaborative furniture, and an updated graphics and finish package. Breadth of services include budget creation, detailed financial analyses, test-fits, vendor procurement & management, construction management, technology coordination and more.
