SHYFT was approached by our existing client to build a team and provide Owner's Representative services and Project Management services on the new Grandview
Yard Corporate Campus. The LEED Certified project is being constructed in three phases and will incorporate many user focused and sustainable features.
The new campus is built with electrical and telecommunications redundancy for enhanced operational capability. The new campus will accommodate approximately
4,500 associates and will include amenities such as a full-service cafeteria, rotating guest restaurant space, full-service nurse's office including
virtual doctor on demand, fitness center, large multi-purpose meeting spaces and state of the art audio/visual integration.
