AMC sold their existing building and needed to relocate. They were required to be out of their existing space in an 18 month timeline, relocating 75 employees while still planning for unknown internal growth.

SHYFT worked through a strategic planning and programming process with AMC in order to understand their spatial needs. As a result, SHYFT was able to help AMC tour multiple different market options and provide fit plans and budget information for each space. Armed with options, AMC was able to make confident decisions and move forward quickly. SHYFT guided AMC through strategic planning, architectural design, city and community engagement and permitting, project planning, vendor coordination and final execution. Today, their space provides flexibility for internal growth without feeling oversized in the mean-time. Their break room doubles as event space, and there are multiple different scales and contexts for meeting spaces throughout the plan for employees to do their best work.
